Alarm companies on the Recommended List have pledged to follow a strict code of ethical business practices in all dealings with prospective alarm customers, as well as adhere to the industry recognized "Best Practices" for reducing false alarms and cooperating with police agencies in those efforts. Any failure of a company on this list to live up to these standards should be reported to the association.
